Introduction to Ashtanga Yoga. A free class for new students. Come and take advantage of this free offer to join and to find out how this class can help you connect with your body, mind and breath. Ashtanga Yoga is uplifting and healthy for the whole wellbeing. Ashtanga Yoga is suitable for all. You will learn to follow a set sequence of postures (Asanas) building strength, flexibility and endurance in the physical body. It also realigns, loosens tight muscles and detoxifies the body. Connecting the breath with the movement of the body helps to calm the nervous system and the mind. Through regular practise, on a mental level, it improves the focus, willpower, and brings confidence back within ourselves.
