Class Details

Wake up and start the day awakening our soul intention for the day, early morning Bhakti teaching. A great way to build the foundation of our day by deepening and learning beyond the Asanas (postures) of the physical practice to bring balance and grounding in our whole wellbeing (physical, mental, emotional and spiritual body) through learning philosophy, story telling, mantra meditation and different breathing exercises. An opportunity to learn to get a better and deeper understanding of ourselves and how to tune in with our body and mind.
