Sunny lives her life, guiding and helping her students and people, from all walks of life, who are crossing her path.
She travels to India a few times a year to help making a positive difference in helping others and also to deepen her own spiritual practice in the land where Yoga stems from. She has helped women and children over the last few years by raising money for their education, health, wellbeing and welfare.
She really believes a can do attitude is what we will need to make a difference in this world. Finding kindness, compassion and love not only in the community we live in but looking further than what is close to us. Becoming aware that we are part of nature and therefore should treat Mother Earth and all living beings on this earth as we would like to be treated ourselves. In that way we can shine a light to others and help to make a difference in this world so it will become a better place to live on.
“Small steps lead to great change. Seva is the karmic life preserver that keeps your spiritual head above water by helping others stay afloat.”
