Join Rose from Crystal Sounds for a full moon sound bath, working with the transformative energy of the fire element.

 

Fire invites release, renewal, and forward movement. With the added energy of the Year of the Fire Horse, this is a powerful time for clearing old patterns, reconnecting with your inner strength, and stepping into new beginnings.

 

This immersive session centres around the sun gong, supported by crystal singing bowls and intuitive light language, creating space for deep relaxation, energetic clearing, and gentle realignment.

 

A chance to pause, reset, and reconnect… leaving you feeling lighter, clearer, restored and renewed.

Each experience is unique. You may gain insight, or simply rest deeply in the sound.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring any props, such as pillows and blankets to keep warm for the duration of the practice. There are mats available for use but you’re very welcome to bring your own if you wish.
