Join Rose from Crystal Sounds for a peaceful winter sound bath designed to offer a moment of calm amidst the busyness of the festive season.

As the days grow shorter and December begins to fill with preparations, plans and expectations, this is an opportunity to pause, slow down and give yourself some much-needed space to simply be.
Surrounded by the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls and the gentle, ethereal sounds of Koshi chimes, you'll be invited to relax, quieten the mind and reconnect with a sense of inner peace.

Allow the sounds to wash over you as you release the tension of the season, settle into the present moment and create space for stillness, balance and calm.

What to wear and bring…
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring any props, such as pillows and blankets to keep warm for the duration of the practice. There are a few spare mats available for use but you’re very welcome to bring your own if you wish.

Please note doors will close promptly to give everyone the opportunity to settle gently on their sound journey.​
