Healing with the Element of Air

Join us for a nurturing afternoon retreat held on the day of the 'Blue' Full Moon in Sagittarius. During this workshop, we will be working with the Heart Chakra to integrate and align the heart and the mind with the element of Air through yoga, breathwork, mudras, chanting, sound, sacred geometry, and crystals.

Both Sunny and Kelly Peacey, who is a teacher known for her wealth of knowledge and wisdom of Crystal Healing Therapy, will be sharing the wisdom of their personal practices, guiding you through an experience that is supportive, restorative, and heart-centred.

The afternoon unfolds through three gently held stages:

• Grounding and body awareness 

• Purification

• Heart chakra healing and alignment

There will be a short refreshment break with hot drinks and fruit, offering space to rest, integrate, and connect.

This workshop is suitable for all levels. No prior experience is needed, just a willingness to breathe, soften, and open.
