SUNNY SARASWATI DEVI
It is a truly exciting time, I am pleased to share my practice of Yoga offering private and group tuition, online and studio classes, which will focus on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual state of our well being.
I feel incredibly lucky to have Sunny as my yoga teacher. She delivers the most authentic classes, sharing so much knowledge, wisdom and skill to her students. She gently encourages students to push themselves to improve, and I certainly feel my practice has improved (and become so much more enjoyable) as a result of Sunny’s teaching style. Despite having so many students, she is very much in tune with everybody’s abilities which makes her classes feel very personalised. Sunny is an all round wonderful yoga teacher (and person!) who has an incredible passion for teaching and practicing yoga, and I always feel so good after attending her class.
“The most important human endeavour is the striving for morality in our actions. Our inner balance and even our very existence depend on it. Only morality in our actions can give beauty and dignity to life.”

Born in Seoul (South Korea), adopted by Dutch parents, Sunny started her Yoga journey with an Ashtanga practice as a young teenager in The Netherlands. Ever since that time Yoga has been her constant support through a continually evolving and changing life.
